Pulse Destiny Communications was established in 2008 as a business name with the purpose to carry out Power line design and construction with the utility company (Kenya Power) which it excelled in up-to 2012. Pulse Destiny management realized that the demand for housing in the country, particularly for the first time homeowner, was growing rapidly, Roads and other infrastructural development was skyrocketing, Need for clean energy was on the rise and the opportunities for youth empowerment was increased. In response to this, Pulse destiny was incorporated as a limited Company in the republic with an expanded mandate to carry out more activities and to increase the area of operation. Over the years, the company has grown from strength to strength, having successfully completed over 216 projects, ranging from single residential units to large industrial and commercial complexes. It has now achieved an annual turnover in excess of 91 million Kenya Shillings. We have good relationship with the banks who fund most of our projects. The company has also undertaken projects for specific clients, which were tailored to their exacting requirements. Those retained as investment properties have been leased or are currently available for lease.

Each project is managed by our team of highly experienced personnel, incorporating the services of various professionals in the architectural, engineering, quantity surveying and other related fields, with whom we have established an excellent working relationship. Our sub-contractors have now worked with us well and have proved their reliability and dedication to quality workmanship. We continually keep abreast with new developments in all fields of the construction industry, a factor that has resulted in considerable savings to our clients in both material costs and time.
